Our favorite source of data: watching customer calls and hearing feedback directly from users.
Three recent takeaways
1. Fast, thorough support is essential. Our time to first response was under 30 minutes, and the customer made a point of telling us so. Charging issues directly affect operations: buses miss routes, delivery vans sit idle, dispatch schedules unravel. Response speed is one of the differences between a deployment that works and one that gets backed out.
2. Customers get excited about new features. Our engineering team moves fast enough that customers regularly find out about things they didn't know existed. In this recap we walked through the custom depot view designer, FIFO prioritization, and enhanced Flip AI reports, all shipped since their initial onboarding. Watching someone realize a feature they would have built internally already exists in the product is one of the better parts of this job.
3. There's always more value to unlock. Even with a sophisticated customer, we identified up to $1,000 per site in monthly savings with no operational changes required. That kind of insight only surfaces when you sit down with a customer and walk through their data together.
Why we watch every call
Customer calls are where we find which features are delivering the most value, where users get stuck, where optimization opportunities live, and what language operators actually use to describe their charging problems.
A culture of listening
Customer calls are part of the rhythm across the company. Engineers watch them. Sales shares prospect feedback. Our CEO regularly joins customer check-ins. The output is product decisions grounded in what operators are actually seeing in the field.
