In August 2024, Flipturn achieved SOC 2 Type I compliance in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards for SOC for Service Organizations, also known as SSAE 18. Flipturn was audited by Prescient Assurance, a leader in security and compliance attestation for B2B SaaS companies worldwide, and we continuously monitor our internal controls with Vanta.
Achieving this standard with an unqualified opinion serves as third-party industry validation that Flipturn provides enterprise-level security for customer data. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Encrypting all customer data at rest and in transit
- Following strict processes for change reviews, testing, logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Internal governance, access controls, background checks, and security training
