Together, we're making it easier for site operators running Flipturn to plug in Clockwork's reliability layer alongside their CMS, so issues get detected, diagnosed, and resolved before they ever reach a driver.
A CMS and a reliability layer, working together
Clockwork is the reliability layer for EV charging. It pulls signal from across the charging stack (OCPP logs, SIM cards, routers, electrical infrastructure, and field service tools) and turns that into clear, actionable steps for operators. The platform is agnostic by design and works with all hardware, software, and vendors. Site operators using Flipturn can now connect Clockwork directly to their Flipturn deployment via API, with telemetry flowing into Clockwork's diagnostics engine and remediation commands (like remote resets) flowing back into Flipturn's CMS.
