The challenge
To meet growing demand for EVs, Audi Marin upgraded its charging infrastructure and installed new Siemens and Samsung chargers. However, hardware alone wasn’t enough. The dealership needed a way to manage charger access across different user groups: customers, employees, and service staff.

Two 30 kW Samsung chargers power the service lanes. These chargers are located in a restricted access area, and are used to recharge lot units and customer EVs receiving service.
